This assessment helps leaders understand how to use emotions to manage themselves and others. There is no “right” answer in an EQ assessment. Instead, it helps us realize how you can best use your personality to fulfill your career potential and lead others to do the same.
Complete the assessment and gather other perspectives from coworkers, family, or friends. Then, we’ll sit down and review your results together during a one-on-one coaching session. EQ training can last up to six months to a year. During this time you will learn how to leverage your emotions, skills, and behaviors to become a better leader.
