About
I’m a consultant and coach who helps leaders and organizations build strategies that transform their culture and employees. I’m fueled by a dedication to helping develop stronger relationships between leaders and their employees. I offer consulting and coaching on the importance of culture, putting employees first and the role leaders play in accomplishing both.
I bring a diverse background to consulting, influenced by past experiences with small companies, global organizations, and government sectors. These previous engagements range from one-on-one coaching sessions, to multi-year company engagements.
I authored “The Success of Failure,” a coming-of-age fable about learning from mistakes to become the person you were meant to be. You can also find me as a keynote speaker discussing employee engagement, HR, and leadership.
I hold a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Illinois, and an MBA from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business. I’m certified as a coach in Emotional Intelligence (EQ-i 2.0® and EQ 360®), and I am an adjunct professor and leadership coach at Butler University’s MBA program. I also serve the community at HEAR Indiana and live near Indianapolis with my wife and three children.
My favorite question for clients is, “How can I help you?” I use the answer to help leaders develop people-centered strategies they can implement right away.
